I have begun my search for AT devices and applications that can help reduce barriers
in math instruction. So far, I have located four educational applications that
address automaticity and math fact fluency:
FASTT Math- Intervention program to enhance math fact
fluency so students can focus on building higher level skills
Times Attack- Focuses solely on teaching multiplication
facts, specifically the 2-12 times tables in a high-tech video game environment
The ArithmAttack- Students can practice basic addition,
subtraction, division, and multiplication facts that can be customized to meet
specific areas of need for each student
Arcademic Skill Builder- Math games designed to develop
automaticity in addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, integers,
fractions, and ratios. Varying response methods that meet UDL principles.
